Terms of Service

Last updated September 29, 2026

These terms cover the software sold on this site: Steadywatch, Unpost and Headwise (Chrome extensions) and DiskApp (a Mac app, which also has its own terms at diskapp.app/terms). They’re made by AISS SOFTWARE (“we,” “us”). By installing or using any of them, you agree to these terms.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use each product on devices you own or control, for as long as you comply with these terms. You may not redistribute, resell, or remove attribution from the products.

Pro licenses

Each product’s Pro features are sold as a one-time purchase through Lemon Squeezy, which is the merchant of record: your purchase is also covered by Lemon Squeezy’s terms, and it handles payment, taxes and receipts. A license key activates on the number of browsers or Macs stated on that product’s page, and you can deactivate it on one device to use it on another. Features marked “soon” are not part of what you buy today.

Your responsibility

You’re responsible for how you use the products. In particular: Unpost deletes posts and comments from your own account when you tell it to, and deletion on those sites is permanent. Automated activity may be against a site’s terms or trigger its limits; you decide whether to run it. Steadywatch helps a parent set limits on a child’s browser and is not a substitute for supervision. Headwise changes requests your browser sends, as you configure it.

No warranty

The products are provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Sites like YouTube and Reddit change without notice, and a product may stop working until we update it.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AISS SOFTWARE is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the products, including data loss. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in the twelve months before the claim.

Trademarks

YouTube, Reddit, X, Chrome and ModHeader are trademarks of their owners. Our products are not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

Changes

We may update these terms as the products change. Material changes will be reflected here with a new date.
