Write to hello@aisssoftware.com. Say which product, what you expected and what happened. A screenshot helps. Please don’t send passwords or anything from your account you wouldn’t want in an email.

Lost your license key?

Lemon Squeezy emails the key with your receipt, so search your inbox for the product’s name. You can also look up every order you’ve made at Lemon Squeezy’s order page with the email you bought with. Still stuck? Email us from that address and we’ll send it again.

Key already in use on too many browsers?

Open the product’s settings on a browser you no longer use and choose Deactivate, then activate on the new one. If that browser is gone, email us and we’ll free the slots.

Refunds

If Pro doesn’t work for you, email us from the address you bought with and say which product. Refunds go through Lemon Squeezy, back to the way you paid.

• Unpost questions: Bulk-deletes your own old Reddit posts and comments, with a preview and a check on every delete.
• Headwise questions: Sets HTTP request headers per URL pattern, with no network access and no analytics.
